1. Program description
Samir Naseem Workflow Alerts ("the Program") is an informational text-messaging service operated by Samir Naseem ("we", "us"). When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages consist of reminders, routine prompts, and notifications generated by automated workflows. The Program does not send marketing or promotional content.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in by texting ALERTS to the program phone number or by submitting the consent form on our opt-in page. After opting in you will receive a welcome message and will be asked to reply Y to confirm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies by the routines you enable, up to 10 messages per day. Frequency depends on the reminders and automations the subscriber has enabled.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent or received as part of the Program. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from the Program. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. The keywords END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT also work. To re-subscribe, text ALERTS or START to the program phone number.

7. Carrier and delivery disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and mobile device. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery or for any charges imposed by your carrier.
8. Supported carriers
The Program is available on major United States carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and their affiliated regional and prepaid brands. Availability on other carriers is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and any related opt-in information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at https://alerts.samirnaseem.com/terms. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
