Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Samir Naseem Workflow Alerts collects when you subscribe to text messages, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you opt in to the Program we collect:
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your name, if you provide it on the web consent form.
- Opt-in records: the date, time, keyword or form used, and your confirmation reply.
- Message logs: the content, timestamps, and delivery status of messages sent to and received from your number, as recorded by our messaging provider.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies on this website.
2. How we use your information
- To send the reminders, alerts, and notifications you subscribed to.
- To respond to HELP requests and process STOP requests.
- To maintain a record of your consent as required by carriers and applicable law.
- To troubleshoot delivery problems.
3. Mobile information is not shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number and opt-in status are used solely to operate the Program. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to anyone for their own use.
4. Service providers
Messages are delivered through Twilio, a communications platform provider that processes phone numbers and message content on our behalf solely to transmit messages and comply with carrier requirements. This website is hosted on Railway. These providers act only under our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
5. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by the routines you enable, up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages sent and received through the Program.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP to any Program message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email naseemsm19@gmail.com. Opting out does not delete your consent record, which we retain as evidence of your prior opt-in and opt-out.
7. Data retention
We retain phone numbers and consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent history and comply with carrier and legal obligations. Message logs are retained according to our messaging provider's standard retention settings.
8. Security
Access to subscriber information is restricted to the Program operator and protected by the access controls of our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing naseemsm19@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deletion requests will be honored except where we are required to keep a record of consent.
10. Children
The Program is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://alerts.samirnaseem.com/privacy, with the effective date shown at the top.
